Kyono Return Service
At Kyono we always want to offer our customers the best service. So also when items are exchanged or returned. Not good = money back. Have you received an order and for whatever reason does not meet your expectations?

Send the article in question back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will get started with exchanging or refunding your money. When fitting, take care not to damage the product and leave labels - if reasonable - set and intact. There follows no refund if the returned item is stained, visibly worn, damaged, or returned too late.

If you want to return an order, please send an email to (We cannot process your return without e-mail.) Please state your details, the product that will be returned, size and possibly. the reason if you want to share this with us. We will send a confirmation email for approval. After this you can get the package with invoice send back.

Note: we recommend that you always keep the proof of return shipping until the return has been successfully completed! We are not liable for the loss of a package that is returned.


Immediately upon receipt of the item returned by you, we will exchange it for you or refund the purchase amount to your account. In most cases, this processing (depending on your bank) will be completed within 7 days. Please note: if you return your entire order to us, you will receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of the returned items.

An item does not fit? Then we exchange it! For the right size, a different color or a different item. You can indicate this in an e-mail to: The original order amount cannot be exceeded. If the article is no longer available at the time of processing, you will receive a proper refund.


When purchasing items in the Kyono webshop, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that the article must offer what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We do everything we can to surprise you with our products and services in terms of price and quality.
