Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to Kyono Fashion! We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the web store all do with information we learn about you.

If you have any questions, or would like to know exactly what we keep of you, please contact us.

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your payment details, name and address details, email address, telephone number and billing address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for two years after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (which is the legal retention obligation).

Providing to third parties
We work with certain companies that can receive the above-mentioned personal data from us.

For the processing of orders we work together with:
- Our payment provider Multisafepay, Paypal and Mollie
- Our postal company My Parcel, PostNL

Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We always adjust security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.

Your account

Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.

For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, e-mail address and billing address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for six months after you have closed the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary at the webshop. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this we use your email address and name and address details. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months after that. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is stored for up to three months after you have canceled the subscription.

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:
- by email
- per social media

If you do not want to receive advertising, this is of course no problem. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police so require in the event of a suspected crime).

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not always have to fill it in. But we can also see that you visit us again.

When you visit our web store for the first time, we will display a message explaining cookies. We will ask for your agreement to use these cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from our webshop will not work properly anymore. You can find more information about our cookie policy here.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Changes to this privacy statement
When our webshop changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. So always check regularly for new versions / adjustments. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
